Can I provide my own parts?

Of course! That's never a problem. We provide only top quality parts from local suppliers. We select these parts for their known quality and long lifetime. In the rare case that there's a problem with a part we provide, we take care of any warranty exchange on your behalf and get you back on the road as fast as possible. However if you prefer to provide your own parts, please be aware that you'll be responsible for dealing with any warranty issues that may arise from the use of those parts. You'll need to get them exchanged on your own, and your vehicle may be un-drivable during the exchange period. Our labor rate may also be higher in some circumstances.

Please note, we can accommodate most specific brand requests.

Do I Need An Appointment?

For most work, an appointment is preferred. If it's something simple and quick like a regular oil change or tire rotation, we can probably fit you in any time. Mondays are typically our busiest day, so we're less likely to be able to accommodate walk-ins on that day.

Can I Get A Ride To Work?

Most times we have no problem driving you to work after you drop off your car. We can also arrange to pick you up from work when your car is ready. However, it's best to check with us in advance to make sure there won't be any unexpected complications. If your vehicle will be with us for a few days, you can also rent a car from us at very competitive prices.

Can I Drop My Car Off Overnight?

Yes! Please lock your doors and put your key in our overnight drop-off box.

Do You Have WiFi Internet Access?

Yes, and it's free! Just ask us for the access credentials. You can check your email, browse the web, and continue to take care of business while we work on your vehicle.
